Help me….i dont know what to do?

I had put a camera in the bathroom to spy on my girlfriend naked. Well one day I was watching her and I saw that she was sh*tting blood, and it didnt look normal at all, and i think shes embarrassed to see a doctor. What do I do? Do I take her to a doctor and risk her finding out about the camera, or do I just leave it alone and hope its a bug or something? And if she finds out will she be mad,and break up with me or will she even mind at all? Shes really hot when she masterb*tes in the shower.
